Faith is a risk and compliance manager at FSD Africa. She is involved in the implementation of the ERM framework which entails end to end support of risk management and compliance related activities.

She has extensive experience providing risk based internal audits, compliance reviews and enterprise risk management advisory services to diverse development focused clients. Prior to joining FSD Africa, she worked with the International Rescue Committee (IRC) where she supported various country programs in Africa, Asia, and Middle East to improve on their internal controls and risk management practices.

Prior to joining IRC, she worked at KPMG within the Internal Audit, Risk and Compliance Services unit. Her role involved providing internal audits, compliance reviews and risk management advisory services to development focused clients across Africa.

Faith holds a Master of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance Major), both from the University of Nairobi. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors.
