Prior to joining FSD Africa, Jeanne worked at Bank of Africa where she was the Head of Human Resources. She brings with her over 16 years of valuable HR management experience across Africa gained in FMCG with Unilever, Telecommunications with Ericsson, Consumer electronics and mobile telephony with Samsung and Banking with Sidian and BOA banks.

She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in finance from the Kenyatta University and a higher national diploma in Human Resources Management from IHRM Kenya. She is currently a student at Edinburgh Business School pursuing an MSc in Human Resources. She is also a Certified Organizational Effectiveness coach with the International Coaching Federation.

When she has time away from work and family, she enjoys travelling and reading.
