Pan-African Fund Managers Association – Mobilising for Impact

A session exploring the new Pan-African Fund Managers Association (PAFMA) to be formed, its objectives and benefits, and how the association can leverage the platform to transform African asset management to a globally competitive industry position to address the continent’s economic, social and climate change challenges.

The session will be a 60-minute roundtable session followed by a 60-minute closed-door session where founding members of the association will discuss and agree on the governance and operational framework for the Association and set key milestones towards the official launch of the Association.

The roundtable will begin with keynote framing remarks, a moderated panel discussion on the Asset Management Industry Landscape, Challenges and Opportunities in the Afr ican context, and an open audience Q&A session.
