Frank is a well versed, professional, and experienced expert in Project management, Monitoring and Evaluation with a background in Agricultural Economics.
Throughout his career, Frank has engaged himself extensively in Monitoring and Evaluation of development projects. He is endowed with analytical and problem-solving skills while his key expertise includes results-based Management, Technical writing and Social-economic research.
Prior to joining FSD Africa, Frank served at Gatsby Africa as the Monitoring Evaluation and Learning Manager where he oversaw performance measurement. He has also worked with PELUM Association Tanzania and Tanzania Horticultural Association as the Monitoring and Evaluation lead. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics and Agribusiness from the Sokoine University of Agriculture and is about to finish his Master of Arts in Monitoring and Evaluation from the Open University of Tanzania.
Frank currently lives in Tanzania. He enjoys travelling, cycling, and spending time with his kids and their colourful lives.
