Invitation to FSD Africa Supplier Conference
12th & 13th September
Introduction
Financial Sector Deepening Africa (FSD Africa) wished to hold a supplier ‘open day” on 12 and 13th September 2023. There will be a half-day event on each of these dates based on supplier categorisation. The main aim of this activity is to bring together suppliers, contractors and consultants for relationship building, sensitization and collaboration.
Specific Objectives
The aim of the vendor conference
- Educate suppliers, consultants on our procurement procedures to achieve seamless procurement and mutual understanding of policies and processes.
- Learning activity which allows FSD Africa to get information from the markets in which it operates, about new & existing innovations, products, and services.
- To sensitise suppliers about terms and conditions relating to pricing for services or goods supplied to FSD Africa.
- To strengthen existing business relationships & establish new areas of collaboration.
- To discuss business needs (new & existing) and strategic direction.
- To provide opportunities for supplies to ask questions and clarify on any concerns/challenges that they may have.
