FSD Africa at the AfDB Annual Meetings

The African Development Bank Group’s 2025 Annual Meetings will take place from May 26 to 30 in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire, bringing together over 6,000 delegates from around the world. This event will feature African heads of state, government officials, finance ministers, central bank governors, development partners and representatives from the private sector, civil society, academia, think tanks, NGOs and other key stakeholders.

The theme for this year’s meetings, “Making Africa’s Capital Work Better for Africa’s Development,” will guide discussions focused on leveraging the continent’s diverse capital resources – including human, natural, financial, and commercial capital – to drive Africa’s structural transformation.
