Ebby is a risk management and compliance professional specializing in enterprise risk management, accounting advisory, and cybersecurity, with a strong track record across Africa in real estate, telecommunications, financial services, consumer goods, and healthcare. She has delivered internal controls, compliance solutions, and cybersecurity reviews that drive both operational efficiency and strategic impact.

As a Senior Risk Consultant at Ernst & Young, she led projects in risk management system development, policy and compliance reviews, anti-money laundering advisory, and broader organizational risk practices.

Ebby also has hands-on cybersecurity experience through the Cybersafe Foundation, helping organizations monitor and respond to digital threats. Beyond consulting, she engages in community-driven innovation, having facilitated workshops on human-centred design through the Mekatilili Fellowship Program.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical and Process Engineering from Moi University and is Certified in Cybersecurity (ISC2), with additional training as a Security Operations Centre Analyst through Cybershujaa.
