Frank has over five years leading and supporting critical elements of the deal cycle across venture capital, private equity, project, and corporate finance, focusing on emerging markets in Sub-Saharan Africa and the Pacific Islands.
He previously served as a Deals Advisory Manager at PwC Papua New Guinea (PwC PNG), where he led the development of the country’s PPP Roadmap for the Asian Development Bank. Prior to that, he was Group Project Finance Analyst at a leading gold producer in Zimbabwe, supporting capital raising through financial modelling and investment appraisal of greenfield and brownfield mining projects, including the economic assessment of solar PV procurement.
Frank also worked as an Investment Analyst at Stadia Capital in Cape Town, where he supported investor readiness and capital raising for high-impact African startups, engaging with development finance institutions and agencies aligned with the SDGs. Earlier, he interned at Newtown Partners as a Venture Capital Analyst, researching disruptively innovative startups in fintech, agritech, medtech, and last mile delivery.
Frank is a CFA Charterholder, a certified Financial Modelling and Valuation Analyst (FMVA), and holds a Master of Commerce in Development Finance from the University of Cape Town Graduate School of Business, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree from the National University of Science and Technology (NUST) in Zimbabwe. He is passionate about private-sector-led growth in emerging markets through the mobilisation and deployment of innovative finance for critical
infrastructure.
