Lenah began her career at the Old Mutual Group as a Treasury Accountant and then transitioned to the Risk and Compliance department where she has been working as a Risk and Compliance specialist supporting Kenya and surrounding East African region. She has experience and expertise in enterprise risk management, compliance management ,project management ,anti-money laundering and Terrorist financing and business continuity planning.

Lenah holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Strategic Management and a Bachelor of Commerce(Finance option) degree from the University of Nairobi .She is a Certified Public Accountant  and a member of ICPAK.She is also a certified member of the  Institute of risk Management (UK)
