Stephen brings over a decade of international experience to the table, focusing on project management and Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL), which he gained while working with various NGOs across Africa.

His most recent role was at TradeMark Africa (TMA), a top aid-for-trade organization on the continent. There, he served as a Regional Senior Results Based M&E Officer. In this position, he played a key role in creating a thorough MEL system that guided strategic choices and helped the organization grow. He also skillfully managed the Development Impact cycle for TMA’s Country Programs and their partners across East, Western, and Southern Africa.

Before joining TMA, Stephen worked in various program management and M&E positions with organizations like Red Cross and Population Services International.

Stephen has finished a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Nexford University (awaiting graduation) and has several professional certifications in Project Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, and Results Measurement.
