Theresa is a sustainability and nature finance professional with over a decade of experience spanning consulting, NGOs, startups, investing, and policy across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. She previously worked at Bain & Company and has advised leading organizations such as the World Resources Institute and The Nature Conservancy. In her current role, she partners with investors, institutions, and policymakers to align private capital with biodiversity goals and operate within planetary boundaries.

In her free time, Theresa enjoys yoga, running, meditation, cooking, and camping, and (when she manages to make the time) drawing and horse riding, though both far too seldomly.
