Project 5 by 5 is a 5-year partnership between Fidelity Bank Ghana and FSD Africa to grow an agency banking network of 5,000 agents in Ghana, supported by mobile banking and point-of-sale terminals.
The programme is designed to support Fidelity Bank to better serve unserved and under-served consumer segments across Ghana, from internal change management and strategy to optimising the product development process. FSD Africa’s support will help Fidelity Bank to make better use of market research, product optimisation tools and consumer data to improve customer experience and rapidly increase engagement.
