Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Annual Report 2024

As we commemorate the achievements of women globally, we’re proud to showcase the strides we’ve made towards fostering a more inclusive environment within our organisation. The launch of this report on International Women’s Day highlights our commitment to promoting gender equality and diversity in all facets of our work.

Throughout this report, we reflect on the progress made in advancing equity, diversity, and inclusion within FSD Africa. From establishing an EDI hub on our intranet to laying the groundwork for Employee Resource Groups and training a dedicated team of EDI Champions, our efforts are aimed at creating a more inclusive workplace for all.

Crucially, our EDI Measurement Plan ensures that we can track our progress over the coming years and hold ourselves accountable for driving meaningful change.

As we embark on the next phase of implementation, we remain dedicated to broadening engagement at all levels and aligning with inclusive employer standards. Our commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion extends beyond this report, as we strive to create a workplace where everyone feels valued and respected.
