FSD Africa, in partnership with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Nigeria (SEC Nigeria), is seeking a consultancy firm to support the development of a 10-year Capital Markets Master Plan (CMMP) for the Nigerian capital markets. The work will involve extensive stakeholder consultations with policymakers and industry participants, the design of a sequenced implementation roadmap, and the development of a monitoring and evaluation framework to guide delivery and measure impact. The initiative aims to strengthen Nigeria’s capital markets and promote inclusive, transparent, and sustainable economic growth.
