Hubert Mupedziswa is a seasoned integrity, governance, and compliance professional with extensive experience in integrity due diligence, project integrity reviews, sanctions and debarment systems, integrity compliance programs, and institutional capacity building. His work focuses on strengthening governance systems and mitigating integrity risks in large-scale development finance operations across Africa.

He has supported organizations such as the African Development Bank (AfDB), the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), and the Southern African Development Community (SADC), contributing to initiatives aimed at enhancing institutional integrity and accountability.

Over the course of his career, Hubert has led and reviewed integrity due diligence assessments for 100+ projects exceeding USD 15 billion, conducted project integrity reviews covering approximately USD 4 billion in investments, maintained Multilateral Development Bank (MDB) debarment and cross-debarment lists, supervised the implementation and monitoring of Integrity Compliance Programs (ICPs) for sanctioned entities, and designed and delivered integrity capacity-building initiatives for investment officers, project managers, Project Implementation Units (PIUs), and public sector institutions.

His work contributes to enhancing accountability, strengthening internal controls, and reducing corruption risks in development finance operations. He collaborates with institutional stakeholders to support effective governance and risk management frameworks.

His qualifications include Master of Development Practice (MDP) from University of Botswana, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Solusi University (Zimbabwe). Diploma in Fraud Management and Anti-Money Laundering Awareness from Alison (Ireland), is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (AMLS) by Global Compliance Institute (Australia) and a Certified Risk and Compliance Management Professional by the International Association of Risk and Compliance Professionals (USA) etc.
