Jacinta Mutungi is a Procurement and Supply Chain professional with over six years of experience across the public sector and international non-profit organisation. She has supported donor-funded programmes through strategic sourcing, vendor management, tender management, and contract management at the Science for Africa Foundation, and previously she supported public-sector supply chain management initiatives at KEMSA.

Jacinta holds an MSc in Procurement and Logistics from JKUAT and a BSc in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from JOOUST. She is a Certified Procurement and Supplies Professional of Kenya (CPSP-K) and is currently pursuing the CIPS Professional Diploma (CIPS Level 6), with a strong passion about advancing transparent, efficient, and value-driven procurement
