Mercy is a dedicated finance professional committed to maintaining high standards of accuracy and accountability in financial management.

She has supported finance functions within donor-funded and compliance-focused organizations, including Financial Sector Deepening Africa (FSD Africa) and the USAID Kenya Investment Mechanism. Most recently, she has supported FSD Africa’s finance team in account reconciliations, audit preparation, tax compliance, and project closure activities. She also contributed to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system implementation and asset management processes.

Mercy holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Statistics and is currently pursuing the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification.
