Samantha Songole is a Regional Human Resource Professional with more than 10 years of experience guiding multi-country Human Resource Operations in both Anglophone and Francophone regions. Her professional background spans both the non-profit and corporate sectors where she has partnered with leadership to deliver key people strategies for organisations including Planned Parenthood Federation of America, building upon her previous operational experience at East African Breweries Ltd (EABL) and the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC).

Throughout her career, Samantha has served as a trusted advisor to executive teams in translating people strategy into practical, compliant HR outcomes that protect the organisation while strengthening performance. She has previously led HR transformations including simplification and standardisation of HR processes and governed regional performance and salary review cycles across multiple African countries. Having also worked in a HR Shared Services Centre, she is a champion for seamless employee experience.

She holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and French. She is also a Certified Human Resource Professional (K) and a Member of the Institute of Human Resource Management.

Outside of work, Samantha recharges through her passion for baking and priorities spending quality time with her family.
