Shedy is a Human Resources professional with over five years of experience spanning HR Operations, HR Business Partnering and HR advisory. He has built his career supporting organisations across diverse sectors and multi-country environments, with a focus on strengthening people practices and enabling people-centred workplaces.

While at Pula Advisors, Shedy served as a HR Business Partner, supporting a diverse workforce across multiple countries and partnering with employees and leaders across the employee lifecycle. His work covered HR operations, payroll and benefits, compliance and governance, HR systems, workforce reporting and employee experience.

Prior to Pula, Shedy was a HR Consultant at Grant Thornton and PAC Africa, where he supported organisations through a range of HR consulting engagements, including HR advisory, organisational design, policy and process development, job analysis and evaluation, salary surveys, talent acquisition and employee engagement surveys.

Shedy holds a BSc. in Human Resource Management from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) and is a member of IHRM.

Outside work, he is a passionate Manchester United fan and rugby enthusiast. He enjoys connecting with people, discovering new places and going on short, unplanned drives.
